Products and Orders
We offer phone cases and related accessories. All product descriptions, photos, and prices are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations or errors may occur. Visionary Studios reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Pricing and Payment
All prices include VAT (where applicable). We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, and major credit cards. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 5–12 business days
- EU (excluding Netherlands): 5–12 business days
- Outside the EU: 5–12 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Customs duties, import taxes, or fees outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility. Delays caused by customs, postal services, or external circumstances are beyond our control.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Customers within the EU have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us via info@visionary-studios.store or our contact form, including your order number.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or personalized items, such as phone cases featuring names, photos, or unique designs made on request.
These items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly produced.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request a photo for verification. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Liability
Visionary Studios cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. All products should be used only for their intended purpose.

All text, images, designs, and logos on this website are the property of Xelcom E-commerce / Visionary Studios and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

Return Period

Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unused and unopened in original packaging
- Include all labels and accessories
- Show no signs of wear or damage
If these conditions are not met, the refund may be partially reduced or denied.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items, such as custom-designed or printed phone cases (unless defective).
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another color or model, please contact us. Exchanges are processed as a new order after the return of the original item.
